Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of ordering. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to go through to your original payment method.
Return
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Redemption (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 72 hours after the product arrives to contact us about the defective unit. You can contact us here support@EPM.yn.com.
Present
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit worth your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you in the mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send the gift giver a refund and they will know about your return.
